V2431 Series Alarm Interface

The V2431 alarm interface unit is compatible with all Infinova matrix switcher/controllers and utilizes an RS-232 data stream to communicate. The alarm interface unit is capable of receiving up to 64 normally open or normally closed alarm inputs. Multiple units can be cascaded down the same data stream to provide up to 1,024 alarm inputs. The V2431 is equipped with two RS-232 ports which forward information to the matrix for processing and response. Each alarm contact input forwarded to the matrix system is programmed to trigger specific actions throughout the system. LEDs are provided to indicate power and alarm activity.
