The V2411 series control code converter/distributor accepts one high-speed data line (HSDL) code input from a matrix switcher/controller and provides either RS-485 or RS-422. For example, an HSDL input line can generate 16 RS-485 or 4 RS-422 outputs with protocols such as Pelco-P/D, Vicon, Bosch Biphase, Kalatel, Samsung or AD422. The output codes can provide control of pan/tilts, domes, lenses, zoom, iris, focus as well as certain auxiliary equipment.

Multiple V2411 units can be cascaded on the same original high-speed data line source to control up to 1,024 cameras.
